Barton Seaver, Program Coordinator of our Sustainable Seafood and Health Initiative, as well as Master Chef and National Geographic Explorer, gives kid-friendly tips on how to build an awesome sandwich.

Drawing from his National Geographic Kids Cook Book, which is packed with seasonal recipes, fun food facts and challenges, and tips on sustainability, Barton teaches us a few tips about how to build a sandwich to ensure that it gets from where you make it to where you eat it in the best condition possible. And also, the sandwich gets you from lunchtime through the end of the day.
