Foods For Health (Living on Earth)

Food has the power to heal and sustain, providing nutrients for our bodies and, when we enjoy it with friends and family, it can feed the soul. With this in mind, the Director of our Sustainable Seafood and Health Initiative, Barton Seaver, co-wrote a new book called Foods for Health.

In this Living on Earth segment, Barton tells host (and our Affiliated Faculty member) Steve Curwood how we can eat well, sustainably and mindfully.
